We have a meeting every month, the date of the meeting is decided by a doodle poll to ensure as many people as possible are able to come, everyone is welcome to attend. Decisions at meetings are made by consensus. This is a participatory decision-making process that involves everyone working to find solutions that are acceptable to the whole group. This ensures everyone’s opinions and ideas are respected and unlike voting avoids having a small minority who are unhappy with the decision.
